मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज अपने निवास कार्यालय में गौठानों को आजीविका केन्द्र बनाने के उदेद्श्य से संचालित गतिविधियों को परिणाममूलक बनाने के उद्देश्य से ग्रामीण युवाओं को कौशल विकास का प्रशिक्षण दिए जाने की कार्ययोजना की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में मत्स्य पालन के साथ-साथ उच्च क्वालिटी के मत्स्य बीज के उत्पादन को बढ़ावा दिए जाने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने राज्य में बांस की उपलब्धता को देखते हुए बांस निर्मित सामग्री तथा औषधीय पौधों की खेती और नेचुरोपैथी को भी बढ़ावा देने की बात कही। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इन क्षेत्रों में रोजगार की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। इससे लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा और उनकी आमदनी बढ़ेगी। बैठक में स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डाॅ. प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम सहित मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार श्री राजेश तिवारी, मुख्यमंत्री के अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री सुब्रत साहू, प्रमुख सचिव स्कूल शिक्षा डाॅ. आलोक शुक्ला, मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव श्री सिद्धार्थ कोमल सिंह परदेशी, संचालक लोक शिक्षण श्री जितेन्द्र शुक्ला, उप सचिव सुश्री सौम्या चैरसिया सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में गौठान कौशल विकास एवं आजीविका योजना के तहत कौशल विकास के लिए तैयार की गई कार्ययोजना के संबंध में प्रमुख सचिव डाॅ. आलोक शुक्ला ने विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण के लिए पर्याप्त राशि उपलब्ध है। इसके जरिए 15 से 20 हजार युवाओं को विभिन्न प्रकार के स्वरोजगार के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया जा सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि सुराजी गांव योजना के तहत गांवों में निर्मित गौठानों को ध्यान में रखते हुए इसके माध्यम से पशु स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता, जैविक खाद, गोबर से विभिन्न प्रकार की सामग्री के निर्माण, नर्सरी वर्कर, माली, मछली एवं कुक्कुट पालन, बांस की सामग्री, औषधीय पौधों की खेती आदि का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाना प्रस्तावित किया गया है। स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण पाठयक्रम में अन्य विषय शामिल किए जा सकते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि राज्य में मत्स्य पालक अन्य राज्यों से बेहतर किस्म के मछली बीज मंगाते हैं। इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य के मत्स्य पालकों को बेहतर किस्म के मत्स्य बीज उत्पादन के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने राज्य के जिन जिलों में बहुतायत रूप से बांस की उपलब्धता है, वहां के लोगों को दक्ष प्रशिक्षकों के माध्यम से बांस से बनने वाले सामग्री के निर्माण का भी प्रशिक्षण देकर उन्हें रोजगार जोड़े जाने की बात कही। मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य के वनांचल क्षेत्रों में औषधीय पौधों की खेती तथा नैचुरोपैथी इलाज के लिए प्रशिक्षण एवं सेंटर की स्थापना को प्रोत्साहित करने के निर्देश दिए।
